( ENSPIRE ENTERTAINMENT ) Anje Studios LLC Presents Designers Helping Designers
I attended Anje Studios Pop-up Event earlier this month and it was a pleasant success. The pop-up event consisted of six brands coming together to showcase their products, designs and collections in one venue. The collaboration of brands no matter how big or small are helping one another grow, build to be more recognizable and create new relationships by joining together. These brands are giving a positive example of how businesses can work together to help one another.
As soon as I arrived I was greeted and escorted towards the pop-up shop on the top floor of Black Barn restaurant at 19 East 26th Street. Approaching the top of the stairs I saw guests sipping complimentary wine, chatting amongst each other and eating finger foods as they are passed around. My first thought was, “I like already!” There was a relaxed, upscale feeling that made you want to really know more about what was going on. The ambiance definitely gave you a private, intimate feeling. Guests were talking with the designers/owners and taking pictures as I walked around. Brands included Anje, Antandre, Arya, Dana Bronfman, Helen Castillo Design , NFLYC, and Luba.
I spoke with a few of the designers to know more about their product and branding. Dana Bronfman’s jewelry caught my attention because of its simple design yet strong gold quality. I was also able to talk with the owner of NFLYC, who originally started with graphic design and it led him to designing t-shirts. And lastly there was the Anje collection, which ties a movement of women’s empowerment in the brand. The Anje pop up event featured stunning jewelry beside luxury clothing skincare and more, allowing for more people to become familiar with smaller brands they may have never heard of before. This event spoke up for the small businesses, start-ups and creative entrepreneurs who have an uncanny talent or amazing product that can gain attention.
