( ENSPIRE COMMUNITY ) FASHION FOR CHARITY TO BENEFIT THE GEORGIE BADIEL FOUNDATION
Personally invited by one of the sponsors RARE Magazine’s CEO and owner Ja’Dee Murphy, I attended a fashion show for a cause event. I sat front row next the editor-in-chief of Fashion Avenue News Magazine, Sofia Davis. What I took most from the show was Georgie and her cause. It was truly admirable and emotional for her to share her personal story with the audience. Her genuine spirit touched everyone in the audience as they gave donations to her cause.
On Thursday September 8th 2016, Prive Group, Hype, Star Vodka, and DEG Production presented the seventh annual Fashion For Charity Runway Show to Benefit The Georgie Badiel Foundation. The event was hosted by super model Georgie Badiel to support her foundation. The Gala featured an array of upcoming NYC designers. The MC for the evening was Charles Ferri from Esquire Network’s Lucky Bastards.
