The show had a variety of models of different shapes colors and sizes. Each and every model had an authentic look, all thanks to Renee Reynolds the lead makeup artist. The lead hairstylist Brandy Pleasant Collins gave each model their own individual look which came across distinctive to each outfit.
There were people from all around the world at the Watson Hotel. The amount of love and support during the show displayed by the audience was intoxicating. The show kicked off with Samina’s Mughal’s collection of dresses giving off every prom girl’s dream with a shadowy, dark twist. Giving us party appropriate but can also be everyday wear, Designer Vanny Tousignant had an edgy but classy vibe with to her designs. A performance by artists “Still a Mess” left the audience speechless. Marco Not Polo’s line was quite original, his designs were more colorful and effervescent. Not your everyday wear but definitely worth having.
